BIOGRAPHY

Cheryl Julia Lee is an assistant professor with the English programme at Nanyang Technological University where she is also co-coordinator of the Singapore Studies Research Cluster. Her research interests include Singaporean literature and culture, with a focus on science and technology. Her debut poetry collection, We Were Always Eating Expired Things, was published in 2014 and nominated for the Singapore Literature Prize. Her other creative work can be found in QLRS, Icarus, and Prick of the Spindle, among others.
