BIOGRAPHY

Crispin Rodrigues (he/him) is the author of four collections of poetry, Pantomime (2018), The Nomad Principle (2019), How Now Blown Crow (2021), and dragon.paper.wind (2024). He is also the co-editor of a poetry anthology featuring young Singapore poets called Crazy Little Pyromaniacs (2020). His poetry has appeared in Cordite, Rabbit, Tiger Moth ReviewThe Kindlingsploosh! and other literary magazines.

He also co-designed a literary tour of Yishun, entitled Uncanny Yishun, which documents various strange goings-on in his hometown, as part of #BuySingLit Festival in 2020. He also co-created a literary installation at the National Library called Marginalia, as part of the Singapore Writers Festival in 2025.

Crispin was a virtual resident of the National Centre for Writing in 2022. In addition to writing, Crispin is also fascinated with creative writing pedagogy.
